PhD Student in Organizational Behavior
I am a doctoral student at Kenan-Flagler Business School, UNC-Chapel Hill. I study barriers to productivity of employees and workplace outcomes for organizations.
Before returning to academia for my PhD, I worked in retail sales for a fashion conglomerate in India. I received a post-graduate diploma in business from IIM Lucknow and undergraduate degree in computer science engineering from Pune University, India.

My research spans topics such as identity-based experiences, immigrant employees, multicultural workplaces, and identity concealment.

Teaching
I have assisted in the instruction of business negotiations and marketing insights for undergraduate students.
