PhD Candidate in Organizational Behavior
I am a doctoral candidate at Kenan-Flagler Business School, UNC-Chapel Hill. I study barriers to productivity of employees and workplace outcomes for organizations.
Before returning to academia for my PhD, I worked in retail sales for a fashion conglomerate in India. I received a post-graduate diploma in business from IIM Lucknow and undergraduate degree in computer science engineering from Pune University, India.
Academic Profile
Research
My research spans topics such as multicultural workplaces, immigrant employees, and identity-management experiences.
Teaching
I have taught the groups and teams course for Undergraduate business students and assisted in the instruction of business negotiations and global leadership for Undergraduate students.
Service
I currently serve the PhD Professional Development and Recruitment committees.
